The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the management,
Handle communication with clients, high level of Spanish and English needed and Dutch is an advantage
Prepare documents for conveyance - inheritance - extension deeds, etc. independently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in legal assistance, asesorias, gestorias or similar
Familiarity with legal and notarial procedures and protocols
