Experteer Overview As a Junior SAP HR Consultant you will support functional and technical aspects of SAP HR/HCM under supervision. You’ll participate in analysis, basic configuration, testing, and issue resolution to help deliver HR solutions. You will work with standard infotypes, organizational structures, and payroll concepts to support successful deployments. This role offers growth through hands-on experience with senior consultants and project managers, contributing to ongoing HR initiatives. You will gain exposure to SAP HR tools and best practices in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Experience maintaining master personnel (PA) data
- Notions of Organizational Management (OM)
- Introduction to Payroll (PY) and Personnel Management
- Use of standard infotypes (0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, etc.)
- Understanding organizational structures and positions
- Support for functional issues and tests (UAT)
- Reading and validating functional specifications
- Basic knowledge of customizing (SPRO - user level)
