PERFECT HOME MALLORCA manages exclusive villas and premium apartments with a dedicated team of in-house gardeners and professional cleaning staff. Our service area spans the finest locations across the southwest of Mallorca, extending from Port Andratx all the way to Son Vida. Our discerning clients expect—and consistently receive—first-class, highly personalized service for their private homes. To support our ongoing daily operations, we are looking for a reliable Junior Property Manager to join us in a flexible part-time role (20 to 30 hours per week).Your primary responsibilities include:Managing and regularly inspecting our clients' exclusive properties across the island's southwest.Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring external tradespeople and specialized service providers.Guiding and leading our internal staff, which consists of our cleaning team and gardeners.Overseeing day-to-day property needs to ensure smooth operations at all times.We are looking for someone with high personal standards who represents our company with polish and confidence.We expect:Prior experience in managing luxury villas on Mallorca or a background in the high-end hospitality industry.Written and spoken fluency in German and Spanish (English skills are advantageous).A valid driver's license, excellent interpersonal manners, and a well-groomed appearance.Practical technical interest or handyman skills, which are very beneficial for property inspections.200% reliability, exceptional flexibility, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.What we offer you:An attractive, comfortable workplace based in our office in Port Andratx.Good and reliable pay.A company car for your work responsibilities.Additional perks and benefits.Required languages: de, en, es; Wir erwarten: Der/ die Bewerber/in sollten idealerweise bereits Villen auf Mallorca betreut haben oder aus der Hotellerie kommen.; Wir erwarten, dass der/die erfolgreiche Bewerber/in Deutsch und Spanisch und ggf.
