As a result we are now looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team and support the commercial and operational activity behind our missions.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working close to the business, taking ownership of their work, and contributing to innovative space projects in a fast‑growing international company.What You’ll be doingThe focus of the role is day‑to‑day commercial legal work, while also contributing to more complex and innovative projects in the space sector.Working closely with the General Counsel, you’ll manage your own matters end‑to‑end, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.You’ll Be:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, procurement contracts and customer agreementsSupporting commercial transactions with appropriate supervisionProviding legal support on complex space‑related projects and transactionsManaging assigned legal matters independently while escalating risks when neededWorking closely with teams across the business — including Revenue, Procurement and Supply Chain — to provide pragmatic legal adviceTranslating legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non‑legal stakeholdersWhat You’ll BringPractitioner‑level expertise in Spanish lawExperience working with commercial contractsWorking knowledge of English law in practiceFull professional proficiency in both English and SpanishA genuine interest in working in the Space SectorThis role can be based in either Spain or the UK.Why Open Cosmos?Work at the cutting edge of space technology with customers around the globe.A mission‑driven company making space accessible to help solve real‑world challenges. xcskxlj A diverse, ambitious, and supportive team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
