Join our dynamic Legal team, where we value collaboration, excellence, and growth. Our team consists of 7 members, with 2 based in Switzerland and 5 in Palma de Mallorca. We are structured into two main areas: the Legal Commercial team (3 people) and the Litigation and Corporate team (3 people). We are looking for a fourth member to join our Legal Commercial (contracts) team in Palma, reporting directly to the Head of Legal Commercial, and working closely with the Legal Director.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support all matters related to commercial contracts and questions. This role also offers opportunities to handle a variety of other legal matters, including data protection, compliance, civil law, and more. Additionally, the Junior Legal Counsel will provide advice to various departments within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your legal expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with internal and external business partners.
Legal Advice & Support: Provide timely and sound legal advice to internal departments on a range of issues, including contractual matters, and data protection.
Project Support: Offer legal, administrative, and project support on a one-to-one basis, contributing to various strategic initiatives within the department.
