Sales @ Reinforce3D | Reporting to Sales Manager At Reinforce3D (R3D) , we’re building tech that makes parts stronger, lighter, and smarter — and we’re doing it with a small, fast-moving team that actually enjoys working together. We’re looking for a Junior Key Account Manager who wants to learn real B2B sales, work close to decision-makers, and grow fast in a deep-tech startup. No corporate layers. No “just update the spreadsheet” roles. You’ll be close to the action from day one. What You’ll Actually Do Work side-by-side with the Sales Manager on real customer accounts Join customer calls, meetings, demos, and follow-ups Help turn technical conversations into clear commercial proposals Prepare quotes, offers, and sales materials Coordinate with engineering & operations (you’ll learn a lot here) Keep the CRM tidy (future you will thank you) Slowly take ownership of accounts as you grow Who This Is For You’ve got 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, consulting, or customer-facing roles You’re curious about tech, manufacturing, or how things are actually made You communicate clearly and don’t freeze when talking to customers You’re comfortable working in English (more languages = bonus points) You want to grow into a Key Account Manager / Senior Sales role , not stay junior forever You’re proactive, organized, and not afraid to ask “why?” You live close to our offices in Amposta or willing to relocate What You’ll Get Direct mentoring from the Sales Manager (no middle layers) Exposure to international customers and real industrial projects A clear growth path — responsibilities increase as you do A collaborative, low-ego startup culture Real ownership and visible impact Competitive junior compensation + room to grow #J-18808-Ljbffr
