What You Will Be Responsible For
Buying Support: You assist in developing the seasonal buying strategy for Men’s category, taking ownership and ensuring alignment with commercial goals and brand priorities.
Market Monitoring: You track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform assortment decisions and highlight growth opportunities for men’s collections.
Product Collaboration: You work closely with Designers to develop commercially viable products that balance creativity, trend relevance, and profitability.
Supplier Management: You support supplier communications, cost negotiations, and sample development to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.
Strategic Initiatives: You contribute to initiatives, helping define key products and drop strategies to drive impact and optimize stock flow for both categories.
Go‑To‑Market Preparation: You assist in preparing buying presentations, assortment plans, and supporting documentation for launches and seasonal activities.
What We Are Looking For
Your Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related discipline, providing a strong foundation for buying and product development.
Your Strengths: You are analytical, organized, and curious about market and consumer trends. You have an outside‑in perspective, a keen attention to detail, and thrive under tight deadlines.
Your Profile: You bring 1–3 years of experience in a buying support role within fashion, ideally fast fashion. You work well in cross‑functional teams (Design, Planning, VM), and communicate clearly. You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus. Fluency in English is required, Spanish and/or German is an advantage.
