Experteer Overview
In this role you will support on-site IT hardware and software needs to enable global collaboration and patient-focused innovation. You will work within the IT team to install, image, deploy, and maintain computing devices, while guiding users and coordinating with vendors. Your work will impact device reliability, user productivity, and IT lifecycle processes across regions. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide on-site hardware support for installation, integration, and maintenance of computing devices
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (Tier 2/3)
• Configure and manage workstations and portable devices per imaging/deployment processes
• Perform daily support tasks (moves, adds, changes) for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Define lifecycle upgrade requirements and support IT projects with Technicians/Technologists
• Train users on hardware/software usage through brief, practical sessions
• Manage installation and deployment processes aligned with global standards
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for orders, warranties and project needs
• Assist with tablet and mobile device solutions to meet business needs
• Define/audit standard tools and processes for asset management (physical and electronic)
• Prioritize service requests, update incident tickets, and track costs for approvals
• Manage assets and assist Help Desk calls as needed
• Execute lifecycle upgrades and projects as directed
Responsabilidades
• 5 years of IT hardware/software experience
