You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based systems used worldwide.Diagnose and resolve Salesforce incidents (L2/L3), ensuring system reliability and data integrity.
Support the evolution of Salesforce applications, including customization, configuration, and functional enhancements.
Identify recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with global teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
2+ yearsof experience in IT consulting or technical support.
~ Solidhands-on experience with Salesforce, beyond basic user support (configuration, customization, troubleshooting).
~ Understanding ofSalesforce data model, integrations, and workflows.
~ Experience withdatabases(Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL).
~ Knowledge ofAPIs,microservices, orcloud environments(AWS preferred).
~ FluentEnglish (C1) .#Location:100% Remote (Spain)
