In this IT Risk Expert role, you act as a second-line advisor shaping ING's information and technology risk management across Europe. You connect technology, regulation, and business strategy to strengthen resilience and regulatory readiness. You will translate complex risks into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and influence how the IT Risk framework is designed and operated. Join a cross-country IRM function that drives risk-aware decision making and secure technology deployments at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Provide hands-on IRM support to local and global IRM officers and IT stakeholders• Conduct risk analyses, produce risk papers, and deliver executive-level reporting• Review and improve risk controls through QA and oversight activities• Monitor regulatory, technological, and threat developments and translate into IRM strategy• Support IRM Leadership with research, evidence collection, and risk assessments• Contribute to development and maintenance of IT risk frameworks, standards, procedures, and methodologies• Support regulatory interactions and follow-ups (ECB, audits, regulatory changes)• Help design and deliver training and awareness for Non-Financial Risk colleaguesResponsabilidades• Solid experience in Information/IT Risk Management, Cyber Security, IT Governance, or Technology Risk• Deep understanding of IT security and risk management processes (AIC)• Experience advising stakeholders xcskxlj on complex risk topics• Strong analytical and writing skills• Knowledge of GRC frameworks and compliance standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, NIS2, SOC 2)• Proactive mindset and ability to challenge risk decisions constructively• Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills• Good presentation skillsRequisitos principales• flexible work model• restaurant card• health insurance for family• life insurance• flexible remuneration• transport allowance
