WE'RE HIRING: IT MDM LEAD – PHARMA COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONSLocation:Remote – Spain or UKContract:12 monthsLanguages:Fluent Spanish and Advanced English (C1)We are looking for an experienced IT MDM Lead to support commercial applications within a leading global pharmaceutical organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on technical professional with pharmaceutical industry experience, strong commercial applications knowledge and experience coordinating development teams.About the roleYou will act as the technical lead for commercial applications, helping connect business requirements, technology solutions and development teams.A key focus will be Master Data Management (MDM), particularly customer and reference data, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and effectively integrated across commercial platforms.Key responsibilities:Provide technical leadership for pharmaceutical commercial applications.Coordinate development teams, planning, priorities and delivery.Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, architects and vendors.Support MDM activities, including customer data models, data quality and governance.Oversee integrations between MDM, CRM, analytics and data warehouse platforms.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Support testing, releases and deployments.Identify and resolve technical risks and issues.What we're looking for:5–10 years of IT experience.Strong technical background in pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial applications.Experience coordinating development teams and leading technical discussions.Good understanding of Master Data Management and customer master data (HCP/HCO).Experience with commercial platforms, system integrations and data flows.Fluent Spanish and Advanced English (C1).Valid right to work in Spain or the UK.Nice to have:Experience with Veeva Network (advantageous, but not essential).Veeva CRM, Vault CRM or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.Veeva OpenData or IQVIA OneKey.SQL, APIs, ETL and integration tools.Please note: Candidates must be resident in Spain or the UK.
