Our organization's success hinges on the efficiency of our IT infrastructure, and as an Data Center Technician , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring its optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: You will interact with stakeholders across Spain and EMEA, necessitating proficiency in both Spanish and English languages. Work to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow. Act as the primary point of contact for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues. Perform routine server hardware repairs, including drives, motherboards, etc. Carry out regular network, server hardware, and OS-related repairs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete routine tasks. Maintain adherence to security and safety best practices in the data center. Conduct server upgrades, rebuilds, and scheduled works as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. Experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair is essential. Familiarity with networking concepts is mandatory. Knowledge of IT system hardware and network fundamentals is crucial. PREFERRED: Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and ownership mindset.
