We are looking for ahands-on IT Administrator to join our IT team and support the company’s day-to-day IT operations. This role combines system administration, user lifecycle management, IT operations, and employee support across the organization. Responsibilities Manage permissions, licenses, and provide operational support Diagnose technical issues, map root causes, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams ( MA Procure and manage end-user IT equipment for the organization Manage company domains , renewals, and new domain purchases Information security awareness training Track tasks and assist with IT projects and operational initiatives (PMO) Requirements 2-3 years of experience in an IT Administrator / IT Support / System Administrator role Experience with user management, permissions, and license administration Experience supporting end-user devices and software installation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently High level English is a must Additional advantages Experience building AI-based automations or scripts to streamline IT or operational processes Experience with enterprise systems such asSAP / BI / PLM Familiarity with identity and access management tools (Active Directory / Azure AD / Google Workspace)
