As an IS Business Analyst HR at ABB Robotics, you will connect business needs with IS capabilities to create scalable HR solutions aligned with global strategy. You will shape the HR IT landscape by working with process owners, solution architects, and development teams in a multicultural environment. Your work will influence HR system design, data flows, and testing to ensure adoption across the organization.
