Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage international maritime shipments from origin to destination.
Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.
Prepare and manage all required documentation for customs and international trade compliance.
Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize logistics processes.
Requirements:
Approximately 3 years of proven experience in international maritime logistics.
Advanced and demonstrable proficiency in English (oral and written).
Solid knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
