Take ownership of strategic international corporate and fleet accounts across multiple European markets. Play a key role in developing Chery Group's B2B and fleet sales activity at European level. Work closely with senior decision-makers, local market teams and cross-functional stakeholders across Europe. Contribute directly to the development of long-term international customer partnerships and new business opportunities. Key responsibilities Define and execute the international Key Account strategy for Chery's corporate and fleet sales channel across group brands and European markets. Identify, prospect and qualify new international corporate, fleet and mobility customers, including leasing companies, rental companies, corporate fleets and public-sector organizations. Build and continuously develop a strong cross-border sales pipeline, identifying new commercial opportunities and supporting business growth across European markets. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Procurement Directors, Fleet Managers and Mobility Managers. Negotiate international framework agreements, pricing conditions and volume contracts in line with Group commercial policies and profitability targets. Act as the main relationship owner for international corporate customers, coordinating closely with local Key Account and Fleet Managers to ensure consistent service and aligned account strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, prospect and pipeline information within CRM and related sales management tools. Monitor competitor activity, market developments and fleet/mobility trends across Europe to identify new opportunities and potential business risks. Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure vehicle availability, pricing consistency and delivery commitments for international accounts. Regularly report on account performance, pipeline development and market coverage to senior management. Represent Chery Group at international trade events, exhibitions and strategic customer meetings. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Business, International Trade, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate/Fleet Sales or International B2B Sales. Previous experience within the automotive or mobility industry is highly valued. Proven experience managing customer portfolios across multiple countries and coordinating with cross-border teams. Strong understanding of corporate and fleet sales channels, including leasing, rental and corporate fleet environments. Good knowledge of the European automotive market and commercial/distribution structures. Solid experience in contract negotiation, pricing structures and profitability management. Working knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management tools. Strong business development mindset with demonstrated ability to prospect, acquire and develop new international customers. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders across different cultures. A well-developed international network within the corporate, fleet or mobility sector is highly desirable. Highly organized, autonomous, commercially driven and comfortable working across multiple markets and functions. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages and Chinese are a strong advantage. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across European markets. What we offer Competitive salary.
