Elevion Group is a leading European provider of end-to-end decarbonization and higher energy efficiency solutions.International 24/7 Control Center ManagerABOUT THE ROLELocation: Murcia, Spain (with full international requirements including English fluency and prior experience in similar international roles).As part of our mission to deliver safe, reliable and highperformance renewable energy operations, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us as International Control Center Manager. In this role, you will lead the 24/7 monitoring and remote operation of our international fleet of solar PV, battery storage (BESS) and hybrid assets, overseeing a portfolio of more than 3.5 GW distributed across Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, gridcompliant performance and seamless coordination across all countries and technologies within our growing European portfolio.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Real-Time Operations & MonitoringLead 24/7 supervision team ensuring safe and reliable operation in line with European grid codes.Ensure that the team is operating with the SCADA systems to monitor performance, events, alarms, remote resets.Ensure that the team is complying with contractual requirements with our customers all the time.2. Grid Compliance & TSO/DSO/Optimizer InteractionEnsure compliance and full integration with operational requirements and dispatch instructions like, among others, Arera + CEI 0-16.Coordinate remote switching operations and manage communications with grid control centers.3. SCADA, OT Infrastructure & Data ManagementOversee SCADA reliability, data integrity, communications availability.Collaborate with OT/IT and engineering for continuous improvement.4. Cybersecurity & Regulatory AlignmentEnsure compliance with OT/IT security protocols.Alignment with NIS2, ISO 27019, and CIP-like frameworks.5. Leadership & Operational ExcellenceManage and inspire a high‐performance 24/7 operations team.Establish standard operating procedures and incident workflows.6. Reporting & DocumentationProduce KPIs, incident logs, performance reports.Maintain audit-ready records.REQUIREMENTSDegree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Industrial Automation, IT/OT Systems or equivalent.Demonstrated professional experience on leading with one of the main system European operators like Terna (IT), National Grid ESO (UK), BNetzA (Ge) or REE (SP).Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading an international renewable Control CentreDeep knowledge of European grid requirements.Strong communication skills in English.Other European language skills like German or Italian are nice to have.Previous experience in similar international roles.Previous knowledge and experience in the renewable sector specially on solar and/or BESS is nice to have.Technical Annex – OT/SCADA & NIS2 RequirementsTECHNICAL ANNEX – OT/SCADA Competencies aligned with NIS21.
