We are looking for a Internal Communication & Training Technician in our Madrid office!
Your main missions will be
Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with company strategy.
Create content and campaigns for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, events, etc.).
Support and coordinate initiatives related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Collaborate closely with teams in Italy, Spain, and Portugal to ensure regional consistency and impact.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication actions.
Manage communication projects both independently and collaboratively.
Design, planning, and execution of the Annual Training Plan.
Management of grants and training credits through FUNDAE.
Monitoring and control of the training budget.
Coordination with external providers and e-learning platforms.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Preparation of reports and KPIs for the department.
Your profile
Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal or corporate communication roles. Besides, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Specialist performing similar responsibilities.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Fluent in English (advanced level).
Strong project management and planning skills.
Proficiency in office tools and LMS Platforms.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multicultural team.
