Integration Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Integration Consultant to join the MSS project team. This role focuses on designing and implementing integration solutions across Microsoft Dynamics CRM , Power Platform, and other systems. You will work on technical design and hands-on development, ensuring seamless integration between platforms and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Development:
Design and implement integration solutions between Microsoft Dynamics CRM , Power Platform, and external systems.
Develop custom connectors and APIs using C# and JavaScript .
Ensure integrations follow best practices for scalability and security.

Backlog & Documentation:
Create and maintain features, user stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps .
Document integration flows and architecture using diagrams and technical overviews.

Cross-System Collaboration:
Work closely with teams such as eContract, CRM, and Sales Order to align integration requirements.

Testing & Quality Assurance:
Define clear technical acceptance criteria for integration stories.
Perform unit and integration testing to validate solutions.

Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in integration development, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
Strong knowledge of C# , and JavaScript for custom development.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for backlog and progress management.
Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data transformation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
