MISSION
We are seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize on-site installation tools based on wind turbine characteristics and requirements from the installation perspective in order to optimize costs, quality, safety, and installation processes.
YOUR TASKS
Manage installation tools development projects from concept through industrialization (design, prototype, manufacturing and industrialization).
Engage with and manage suppliers to design and manufacture installation tool bases.
Create technical specifications to list the features that the installation tool must fulfill, aligning with the assigned installation process engineer.
Perform design reviews, FMEAs and other critical technical deliverables.
Create operating instructions for installation tools.
Manage creation of SAP numbers and link all technical documentation in PDM.
Identify and manage the installation tooling list required for projects under construction based on the wind turbine model.
Support the sourcing team with technical questions regarding installation tools.
Support on-site validations of installation tools.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement measures.
YOUR PROFILE
Complementary training in CAD‑PLM (Teamcenter, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP.
Teamwork and close relationship with other departments, multicultural interactions, lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best.
Languages: English (high level).
Experience: having 1–3 years in a similar position in the wind industry.
Availability to travel (20% annually).
