We serve over 600 customers in 60 countries with a global manufacturing network of 10 facilities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide outstanding customer support by analysing, processing, and responding to customer and sales team needs. /liliEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. /liliSpeak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues. /liliSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. /liliSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails. /liliRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. /liliAssist with closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas. /liliResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interest. /liliMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. /liliTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. /liliPerform effective online demos to prospects. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2 years of inside sales experience. /liliBA/BS degree or equivalent. /liliVery good English skills. /liliOther languages, such as German and French, will be an advantage. /liliStrong phone presence and experience making a high volume of calls per day. /liliProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. /liliExperience working with Salesforce or similar CRM. /liliExcellent verbal and written communications skills. /liliStrong listening and presentation skills. /liliAbility to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. /liliAble to work comfortably in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
