Our Inspection Services division provides industrial manufacturing inspection and certification services across global supply chains. We support clients throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle — from design and prototype development to production, assembly, type approval, and project certification — helping them manage risk and ensure compliance. Role Purpose As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads, generating new business opportunities, and managing a strong, healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance & Target Delivery Achieve and exceed annual sales targets aligned with business priorities Develop and execute clear action plans to drive consistent performance Deliver agreed KPIs through a balanced mix of lead conversion, outbound activity, and pipeline management Lead Management & Conversion Manage marketing-generated leads in a timely and professional manner Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand client needs Convert opportunities in line with or above agreed conversion rates Pipeline Development Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and follow-ups Ensure sufficient value and progression at every stage of the pipeline Identify gaps early and take corrective action Quotation & Proposal Management Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations and proposals Apply pricing strategies effectively to achieve target margins Drive opportunities through to successful closure CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM systems Record all client interactions, proposals, and follow-up actions Provide reliable sales forecasts and pipeline reports Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with Marketing, Service Delivery, and Sales teams Ensure a smooth handover of new business contracts Escalate risks or issues promptly to protect the client experience Skills & Experience Essential Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales Consistent achievement of sales targets Strong experience in pipeline development and lead conversion Experience preparing quotations, bids, and proposals Solid commercial awareness, including margin management Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to prioritise effectively and work independently Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard IT tools Desirable Experience presenting proposals to senior stakeholders Knowledge of the Inspection Services sector Our Values We are guided by five core values: Expertise – Applying deep knowledge while continuously improving Integrity – Doing the right thing, always Ambition – Driving innovation and leading our industry Vision – Helping shape a safer, more sustainable future Togetherness – Achieving more through collaboration and inclusion
