Construction and temporary sites are among the most dangerous work environments - we're building the intelligence to catch security and safety threats before they become incidents.RoleWe are looking to employ an enthusiastic, sales focused and customer oriented Inside Sales (m/f/d based in Valencia) to generate quality outbound leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.Responsibilities include:Cold calling, updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross‑selling to existing customers, and attending industry events and educational workshops as required.Conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.Be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals.Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting calls and email outreach.Follow up on sales inquiries from prospective customers across multiple channels.Contact prospects by phone or email to answer questions and gather any missing information.Conduct online meetings with prospects and arrange face‑to‑face meetings between prospects and sales representatives.Maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers by providing excellent after‑sales support.Develop in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits.Advise customers on selecting the right products based on their needs and specifications.Build and maintain a sales pipeline that accurately reflects prospects' stage in the buying process.Collaborate on and support BauWatch marketing activities, such as running call campaigns, delivering company presentations, and attending trade fairs.Track commercial opportunities to ensure a lasting customer–company relationship by responding to partners' and customers' needs.Advise the inside sales team on market opportunities and threats and suggest potential adjustments to the sales strategy based on experience and collected data.RequirementsPersonality and soft skills:Friendly team player – active part of a fast‑growing team with an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach and mutual open communication.Customer focused – listens to the wishes and needs of the customer and adapts working methods accordingly; prioritizes service and client satisfaction.Motivated & target‑driven – highly motivated and target driven, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.Independent – proactively works and thinks with initiative.Quality‑oriented – committed to achieving and maintaining the intended quality.Strives for improvement and convinces others of the importance of quality.Flexibility – can easily adapt to a changing environment, working methods, hours, tasks, responsibilities and behaviours of others.Excellent communication, organisational, negotiation and consultative sales skills.Formal qualifications:Sales experience: outbound sales, business development, lead generation, telemarketing or telesales (minimum 3 years).Experience with lead/appointment generation campaigns, measurement, targeting and lead process management.Existing network in construction, rental and/or security industry preferred but not essential.Technical skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; preferably experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.Language skills: native Spanish speaker; advanced conversational English for internal communication.Driver's license: full, valid driving license.What We OfferDynamic and rewarding role: challenging position with high autonomy and flexibility within an innovative and rapidly growing international company.Competitive remuneration: attractive salary package with bonus scheme, additional benefits (life insurance, wellbeing initiatives).23 paid working days of annual leave, plus public holidays according to the employee's contractual base region in Spain.Regular quarterly in‑person team meetings to support collaboration, reinforce team culture, and promote close cross‑border cooperation. xcskxlj How to ApplyThen quickly submit your application by sending a brief introduction, your salary expectations and your CV.
