Role: Customer Success Engineer – Industrial DataOps & Connectivity

As a Customer Success Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure that customers successfully deploy, operate, and scale N3uron in real industrial and utility environments.

You will provide technical support, onboarding, troubleshooting, and guidance, working directly with customers as well as closely with Product and Engineering teams. This is a hands-on engineering role, focused on industrial connectivity, DataOps workflows, and production-grade systems.

Customer Support & Success

Provide technical support to customers running N3uron in production environments.
Assist customers during onboarding, configuration, and system integration.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to industrial connectivity and data flows.

✔️ Industrial Protocols & Data Integration

Work hands-on with industrial communication protocols, including:
Support data integration using:
Work with DataOps workflows, including data normalization, transformation, contextualization, and delivery.


~ Support integrations with relational and non-relational databases, including practical use of SQL for querying and troubleshooting.


✔️ Apply structured, methodical troubleshooting with a strong focus on root-cause analysis.
Reproduce issues in controlled environments and document findings clearly.
Customer Communication & Enablement
Communicate with customers via video calls and written channels.
Provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on real customer usage.
Share best practices and learnings across the Customer Success team.
3+ years of experience in technical roles related to industrial software, automation, or data platforms (IIoT, SCADA/HMI, OPC Servers, Edge Gateways, Historians, DataOps, etc.)
~ Solid understanding of the industrial sector, including SCADA systems, operational technology (OT), and data-management solutions.
~ Professional proficiency in English; Spanish native or bilingual preferred.
~ Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols , including the following: MQTT, REST APIs, MCP, SQL, etc.
~ Solid understanding of DataOps concepts in industrial environments.
~ Hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, TimescaleDB, MongoDB (SQL querying/troubleshooting required).
~ Understanding of industrial network topologies and networking fundamentals.
~ Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles.
~ Fluent and confident communication in English (spoken and written).
~ JavaScript, TypeScript, Python).


Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science , or similar.
Experience with SCADA systems, Historians, PLCs, and HMIs.

Experience supporting software deployed across multiple industrial or utility sites.
