Reports to: Global Quality ManagerMaximice sus posibilidades de que su candidatura sea seleccionada asegurándose de que su CV y sus habilidades se ajustan al perfil.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. Report quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintain process documentation. Deploy and facilitate the quality culture in Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) by conducting audits, establishing controls, training, reporting KPIs, and maintaining documentation. Provide assistance with and maintain the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group/division/business area.Work model: onsite (Madrigalejo del Monte, Burgos, Spain).Carry out audits of components according to the incoming control instructions. In the event of a deviation, take corrective action.Launch complaints to supplier when non-conformity arises and follow the corrective action plans.Receive and manage components returned from manufacturing unit intended to analyze with suppliers.Create and manage incoming control instructions.Supervise control, sorting and rework operations of supplied parts, and participate if necessary.Support quality assurance activities in collaboration with local Production, Engineering, and other relevant functions.Report quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.Acquire and report quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.Utilize measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.Qualifications for the Role2 years of experience in Quality as a Quality Technician with mechanical or electronic products.Sound knowledge of quality tools and quality management systems and the industrial/automotive market.Knowledge of SAP.A Bachelor or above degree required.Intermediate level of English (B1).This position is based in Madrigalejo del Monte (Burgos). xcskxlj Initiative, autonomy, eager to learn and evolve within the sector.BenefitsEmployee Share Acquisition PlanLearning & development offeringInternal networking opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
