Job DescriptionAs an Iberian Country Marketer (m/f/x)* you will be part of a highly knowledgeable and experienced team, acting as a key driver in connecting Dental Solutions products with the market and customers. You will play a critical role in generating demand and visibility, ensuring correct product positioning and gathering insights from sales teams and customers to support continuous growth and sustained competitive advantage. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with diverse and innovative teams across the organization. In this role, you will:Lead projects related to new and existing productsImplement local marketing strategies to support business objectives and sales targetsDefine and execute marketing activities aligned with strategic goalsSupport marketing and sales teams at both local and EMEA levelDrive demand generation and product positioning initiativesCollaborate closely with sales teams to maximize market impactContribute to product launches and campaign executionSupport event organization (e.g., congresses, scientific meetings, trainings)Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:2 to 5 years of professional experiencePrevious experience in marketing, communication, commercial administration, or related areasExperience working in international business environmentsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and ExcelExperience in data analysis, reporting, and preparation of executive presentationsRegular user of social media, with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystemSpanish native speaker (spoken and written)Very high level of English (spoken and written), essential for working in international environmentsIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentResults-driven and execution-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsTeam-oriented with excellent communication skillsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with SalesforceKnowledge of Power BIKnowledge of PortugueseWork locationMadridTravelMay include up to 20%Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa statusRequiredSupporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
