The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.
We are currently looking for a Freelance Operations & Administrative Assistant to join one of our international projects with a leading multinational and well-known company based in Barcelona.
Full-time dedication
• Hybrid model (Barcelona area)
• Type of contract: permanent contract
• Project's lenght: a minimum of 1 year expected, extendable
Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of internal content and documentation
• High level of English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working with structured processes and tools (MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel)
• Opportunity to collaborate on an international project within a leading multinational environment
