We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our HR team at 3PBIOVIAN.La experiencia que se espera de los solicitantes, así como las habilidades y cualificaciones adicionales necesarias para este trabajo, se enumeran a continuación.Main Responsibilities:As a Human Resources Intern , your responsibilities will include:Support in Labor Relations and Administration: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to employee contracts, documentation, and compliance with labor laws.Assistance in Recruitment and Selection: Support the recruitment team by helping with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and helping facilitate their integration into the team.Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.Employee Engagement: Help organize internal events, surveys, and activities to promote employee well-being and engagement.HR Projects: Participate in ongoing HR projects, assisting with research, data collection, and preparing reports.General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team in various activities related to HR functions.Assessment Criteria:Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Applied Management, Law, Business Administration or a related field.Languages: Spanish is required.
