This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring full compliance with Spanish legislation and Group standards, while driving a proactive, safety-first culture across multiple sites. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on operational support, working closely with site leadership to minimise risk and support operational excellence. /ph3Role Responsibilities: /h3ulliLead all Health, Safety and Environmental activity across the Anglesola and Burgos sites /liliAct as the key advisor to site leadership on HSE legislation, compliance and best practice /liliDevelop and implement HSE strategy aligned with Group objectives /liliDrive a strong safety-first culture across all levels of the organisation /liliEnsure HSE management systems are in place, maintained and continuously improved /liliMaintain compliance with ISO standards and Spanish regulatory requirements /liliLead incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented /liliConduct audits, inspections and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement /liliSupport operational teams with risk assessments, safe systems of work and hazard mitigation /liliDesign and deliver HSE training and awareness initiatives /liliPromote engagement and accountability for HSE across all employees /liliMonitor and report /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
