Our team is a key asset to our organization, and we aim to ensure we have a motivated, engaged and productive workplace, where everyone works to achieve our established objectives.**Key activities and responsibilities**:- Lead and update internal HR functions that support Matrix Renewables globally.- Design and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in both our home and remote locations.- Lead and manage talent acquisition, working closely with Hiring Managers. Responsible of full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, job adverts, screening, sourcing, interviewing- Lead the onboarding process ensuring a welcoming and warm experience.- Lead and monitor performance assessments.- Update HR policies according to the business growth: talent acquisition, training, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal policies- Design and implement strategic HR programs: i.E. succession plan, career management.- Anticipate and propose changes according to the market trends and business needs.- Track, monitor and implement HR best practices throughout the organisation in order to optimise processes and business performance.- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.- HR administrative tasks**General Skills / Attributes**- Degree in Law or Labour Relations or Psychology- Postgraduate training in HR- Experience of 3-5 years working in HR departments, in a generalist role.- In-depth knowledge of Spanish labour law and regulations. Other countries’ law knowledge will be an asset.- Experience in implementing or managing performance appraisals.- Experience managing direct reportees- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
