With a turnover of €320 million and a staff of 1,200, it exports approximately 40% of its total production principally to the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America.**About the role**:The local site IT Manager supports and manages IT services and telephony (out of communication tools like Jabber, Teams) relative to the site to which he is affected => IT- Ensure IT Security policy inside his location is correctly handled by the outsourcers.- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic (less or more sensitive) solutions in time.- Preserve assets, information security integrity and control structures/Ensure security of data? => Local network and localservers:- ensure network connectivity monitoring, administration, backups, maintenance contracts is performed (except services delivered by the corporate: Firewalls, routers, AD Domain controller, etc )- ensure the IT assets on site are kept in good running conditions and propose changes / evolutions as necessary to achieve this- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness- Main local IT contact for local managers and escalation contact for users in the site.- Manage hardware and software inventories used by the site, except those managed by the outsourcer.**About you**- You have graduated with a Master’s degree of an Engineering School (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science,) or in University- Experience in a IT (infrastructure, security) environment (PC, Servers and LAN)- Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations- Experience with System Adminstration, Servers, VMWare, Networking, Switching...- Service oriented- Strong sense of organization, planning, priority management- Decision taking, delegating, problem-solving mindset- Fluent in English**What do we offer?**- Flexible working hours.- Short working days on Fridays and during August.- Remote or Hybrid role.- Restaurant allowance and social benefits (health insurance, kindergarden).- Free coffee on-site!
