Por favor, asegúrese de leer completamente el resumen y los requisitos de esta oportunidad de empleo que se detallan a continuación.Key Responsibilities HR Strategy Definition and monitoring of the HR budget Preparation of executive presentations Definition and tracking of HR KPIs Development of HR policies (compensation, promotion, travel, company car , etc.) Performance & Development End-to-end management of the performance evaluation system Monitoring and follow-up of KPIs for all employees Definition and follow-up of action plans Analysis of KPI and performance evaluation results Design of the internal promotion plan Definition and continuous development of the compensation policy Labor Relations Handling and resolution of employees’ labor-related queries Payroll validation Visa processing Recruitment & Onboarding Support in recruitment processes Training Support in the definition and follow-up of the training plan Required Profile University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Sociology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Economics xsgfvud , or similar Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Experience as an HR Manager / HR Generalist Proven experience leading teams Experience in the industrial sector Fluent English , both written and spoken Key Soft Skills Dynamic and approachable personality Strong decision-making capability Leadership and business-oriented mindset Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
