At Orisha, we are in a phase of rapid growth and are structured to support our business units in achieving excellence.As our HR Generalist, you will work in close collaboration with Clara, our HR Manager based in Barcelona, and serve as the main HR contact on‑site for our Pamplona office.ResponsibilitiesManage the employee lifecycle: coordinate and monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, draft employment contracts and amendments, manage renewals, and handle statutory sick leave/workplace accident notifications (ITs / ATs).Pilot payroll operations: gather, prepare, and submit the monthly payroll variables file to our external consultancy and review and validate final payslips to ensure 100% accuracy.Monitor time, attendance & training (FUNDAE): oversee the clock‑in/clock‑out system, manage schedule discrepancies, holidays and leaves of absence, and handle the administration and coordination of training programs to secure tax credit bonuses through FUNDAE.Support labor relations: support the daily relationship and communication with the Works Council / Labor Unions, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements as a new Works Council is being set up.Coordinate health, safety & employee support: serve as the main point of contact for team queries regarding payroll, collective agreements and company benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.), manage medical visits and health & safety coordination, and support the implementation of Workday.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in personnel administration, ideally acquired in a fast‑paced payroll consultancy, HR advisory firm, or payroll outsourcing environment.Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, Business Administration or a similar field.Strong administrative foundation, highly organized, disciplined, resilient, and keen attention to detail.Adaptability to dynamic, fast‑changing environments and resilience during organizational transformation.Fluent Spanish and professional level of English.Familiarity with HR management platforms and a strong desire to learn.Position is full‑time, permanent contract based in Camino Labiano 45 B, Mutilva.Compensation: €25,000 – €30,000 gross per year.
