At Claro Consulting, we are supporting a leading international company in its sector, currently in a phase of growth and transformation, in the recruitment of an HR Business Partner for their corporate for its head office. We are looking for a strategic‑minded professional with strong business orientation, influence, and excellent communication skills, who wants to have a direct impact on organizational development and decision‑making at corporate level. Your Role: Act as a strategic partner to corporate functions, aligning people strategy with business objectives Define and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for the headquarters Drive talent development and learning initiatives aligned with business need Foster a culture of performance, continuous feedback, and results orientation Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, experience, and organizational transformation Who we’re looking for: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s or postgraduate qualification in HR is an added bonus At least 7 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in generalist roles with a high degree of autonomy, preferably in multinational companies Advanced level of English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in professional environments Strong interpersonal and influence skills across all organizational levels Analytical mindset, with solid experience in KPIs, reporting, and project management Business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into concrete action plans Internal consultancy, coaching and change management skills in dynamic environments What the company offers: Dynamic and transforming environment, with high-level exposure Role offering autonomy and the chance to make a real difference Collaborative team and results‑oriented culture Competitive salary in line with experience At Claro Consulting, we believe in equal opportunities and the value of diversity.
