Calling all Spanish for incredible job opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaKey purpose:The Team Leader Housekeeping can work unsupervised and step in to lead a team during a shift, in the absence of the Senior Housekeeper. Knows and upholds company culture and all cleaning procedures as per our policies. The Team Leader Housekeeping is to assist and support the Senior Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department. The Team Leader Housekeeping is highly organised with a strong work ethic driven by success, is confident in taking responsibility for the delivery of excellent service levels to the guests whilst ensuring that the villa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.Duties and responsibilities:Share the daily tasks with Housekeepers during meetingEnsure all areas are doneMaking sure all flowers are looking fresh (replace some if needed)Team Leader will be in charge of all guest laundry needs. Taking it to laundry and bringing it back. Making sure it is logged in a logbook with damage, difference in color and pointing it out to the family private butlers and main laundry if acknowledged by butlers. Butlers to sign the acknowledgement of the damage and color differenceEnsuring that all housekeepers equipment are cleanEnsuring that housekeepers are using the color coded rags and the right equipmentInspections of all areasTraining of all new staffTaking stock of lockers and re-stock of lockersSupervise housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks undertaken are completed efficiently and to a high standard, giving appropriate direction where necessaryRequired to stand-in as Team Leader in his/her absence and confidently lead and motivate the team, working independently and in close co-operation with othersAdministrative duties; use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and for data entry and records/system maintenancePrepare daily report and feedback to Head HousekeeperBe able to adapt, be flexible to a variety of situation and remain effective to meet changing demandsEnsuring health and safety procedures are followed including safety regarding manual handling and chemical useTo be cost conscious with the use of cleaning materials, linen, towel and other consumablesTo ensure that property is maintained properly and treated with respect at all timesActively participate in continuous individual training and upskilling of team, provided by the companyAssist the management and other personnel in such other matters as may be reasonably requiredAttend and participate in daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions as scheduledQualifications, skills and experience:Minimum of 2 years experience leading housekeeping in a high standards environmentGood leadership and Organizational skillsGood command of EnglishAble to prepare daily reports using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Willingness to learn and teachAsks questions when instructions are not clearResponds appropriately to instructions and Follows guidelinesCan work as part of a teamAssists when and where neededTurn up to work on time, in uniform and presents wellConfidentiality in all areasLead by exampleAdapt easily to last minute changesFlexible with working overtime at special occasions
