We’re hiring: HOSPITALITY SALES TENNIUM is a sports management company. Our vision is to build a multi-business platform combining a range of synergetic activities including the organisation of top-tier events in Europe and South America, management & representation of top professional players & young talent, and selected consulting engagements with different industry stakeholders. At Tennium, we are looking for a driven, results oriented Telesales Specialist who is eager to grow and make a real impact. You will work with the Sales Team to secure corporate hospitality packages and local sponsorships. Your main objective will be to turn leads through high-impact communication. ABOUT THE ROLE Execute high-volume outbound calls and outreach to identify and generate new business opportunities from leads and databases. Manage the initial sales cycle for Hospitality and VIP Ticketing. Qualify incoming leads and maintain a clean, updated database to ensure efficient follow-up. Present Tennium’s value proposition effectively over the phone. Work in sync with Sales team to align actions. Deliver sales activity reports and pipeline updates to the Sales Team. ✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1 or 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales (experience in sports, luxury events, or corporate services is a significant plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills. A high degree of self-motivation, positive and professional attitude. Fluent in verbal and written Spanish and English. Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. A genuine interest in sports.
