As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will work with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory patients in a supportive team environment, providing comprehensive services across Support at Home and NDIS participants in South‑East Melbourne.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through Support at Home packages/NDIS.Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.Educate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community.Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.QualificationsBachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)Registration with AHPRAPolice Check clearanceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time‑management skills and attention to detailOur StoryAt Empower Healthcare, our purpose is to deliver exceptional care that positively impacts people's lives.
