As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will work with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory patients in a supportive team environment, providing comprehensive services across Support at Home and NDIS participants in South‑East Melbourne. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through Support at Home packages/NDIS. /li liWork holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan. /li liEducate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community. /li liLiaise with service providers to ensure effective communication. /li liWork autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) /li liRegistration with AHPRA /li liPolice Check clearance /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liStrong time‑management skills and attention to detail /li /ul h3Our Story /h3 pAt Empower Healthcare, our purpose is to deliver exceptional care that positively impacts people's lives.
