Empresa PalmaActiva 9111 is actively seeking a qualified Home Care Assistant to join the team and provide crucial support to individuals in Inca. In this role, you will be performing essential social and health services, directly improving the quality of life for elderly residents and people with disabilities within their home environments across the local area.
Primary responsibilities
Providing essential personal hygiene care and assisting with routine daily personal hygiene tasks.
Offering attentive daily care and support to elderly individuals.
Delivering personalized assistance to individuals living with physical or cognitive disabilities.
Supervising and managing medication control according to prescribed schedules.
Accompanying individuals to medical appointments, personal errands, or essential daily outings.
Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for every person in your care.
Requirements
Must possess a CFGM qualification as a Technician in Care for People in Situations of Dependency (Tècnic/a en atenció a persones en situació de dependència).
Alternatively, must possess a CFGM qualification as a Nursing Assistant (Auxiliar d'Infermeria).
Demonstrated ability to perform personal hygiene procedures and support individuals with dependency needs.
High level of responsibility, empathy, and professional integrity when handling medication and client routines.
Essential fluency in Spanish to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare colleagues on Mallorca.
What we offer
Employment status: Temporary full-time employment contract.
Working schedule: Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00.
Additional duties: Participation in required on-call shifts (guàrdies).
Compensation: A fixed gross salary of 1,683 EUR per month.
Location: Inca, Mallorca, providing important local care services.
