They are committed to maintaining the highest health and safety standards across their multi-site operational and mining environments.Job description:The Security Coordinator for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) will take ownership of the regional safety strategy, working closely with plant managers and operational teams to prevent accidents, reduce risks, and develop a strong safety culture. This position is based in Pamplona.Reporting directly to the Regional Health & Safety Manager, the Security Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring compliance with corporate safety policies and local regulations. Its main responsibilities will be to:Deploy the corporate Safety Management System and safety action programs across the regionIdentify and analyze risks in collaboration with local teamsEnsure the strict application of corporate safety standards, such as Life Saving RulesAnalyze accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective actionsOrganize and coordinate Health & Safety training for personnel, and pilot internal safety auditsLead the Iberia safety network and foster the sharing of best practicesProvide operational support and guidance to site management regarding health and safety topics and during high-risk situationsRequirements:Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar function, ideally within a multi-site environmentEducation: A Bachelor's degree is requiredLanguages: Fluency in Spanish and professional English are mandatory.
