You should be a great teacher who is looking for the chance to grow, and manage a team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage, train, support and supervise the didactic team ; to ensure the professional growth of teaching staff;Schedule time-tables in response to the demandfor classes in your centre;Teach classes , depending on staff levels in your centre andsubstitute/find a substitution to cover classeswhen a teacher is ill/on sick leave;Quality controlthroughongoing training, weekly staff meetingswith the didactic team,class observationsandstaff appraisals ;Liaison with consultantsandcreategood rapport with the students , as well as manage any customer service xcskxlj issues relating to your area of responsibility;Coordinateteacher holidays/Saturday rotas/school bank holidays;Coordinationandweekly meetingswith management on various aspects (Director/Centre Manager/Didactic Manager);Promote the eventsthat the school organises and ensure that the didactic staff is well prepared for the events and they are successful.#J-18808-Ljbffr
