We are looking for a Head of Staff to join a leading international asset management firm. The role will support the Head of Sales in coordinating commercial activities, conducting strategic and financial analysis, and optimizing processes to drive sales growth across Europe and Latin America. This position combines organizational responsibilities, advanced reporting, and the generation of actionable insights to enable informed decision-making. Responsibilities Organize regular meetings with sales teams and plan business trips across European countries. Coordinate meetings with LPs (primarily private banks) in various markets. Monitor sales activity through Salesforce and Power BI, including pipelines, net new money, and budget comparisons. Prepare strategic presentations for executive committees, offsites, and internal/external meetings. Analyze third-party activity (partners in LatAm and Scandinavia) to assess performance and ROI. Identify key issues within the commercial organization and propose solutions to advance strategic objectives. Skills & Competencies Financial and Strategic Analysis: Ability to interpret KPIs, margins, ROI, and budgets to extract actionable insights. Data Analytics: Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to coordinate agendas, travel, and events while maintaining budget control.
