We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of QA Engineer to drive the evolution of our quality assurance function across 35+ teams. Building on a solid foundation of testing practices and quality culture, you will scale processes, advance automation, and lead a strong QA organization to the next level. This role combines strategic leadership, technical excellence, and organizational impact — ensuring quality at speed in a high-load, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Lead and evolve the overall QA strategy across 35+ teams, encompassing all levels (unit, integration and end-to-end).Hands-on experience in building automation infrastructure.Promote automation-first approaches while optimizing manual testing.Maintain and enhance test environments, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.Manage and mentor a group of QA Managers, each overseeing multiple product streams.Develop QA leadership talent: engineers, leads, and managers.Drive structured incident reviews and translate findings into strategy improvements.Define and monitor quality metrics (coverage, defect density, release quality, execution speed).Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.Requirements 6+ years in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing 50+ people.Proven experience in building and scaling QA organizations: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management.Strong expertise in test automation: tool selection, framework setup, pipeline management.Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated testing integration.Experience testing complex, high-load systems with frequent releases.Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven approach to QA performance.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strategic and collaborative mindset.English — Upper-Intermediate+.Benefits We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:Learning and development opportunities and interesting, challenging tasks.Opportunity to develop language skills, with partial compensation for the cost of Spanish classes (for localisation purposes).Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for up to 2 weeks, and visa relocation support for our employees and their family members).Global coverage health insurance.Time for proper rest, with 20 working days of annual vacation and additional paid sick days.Competitive remuneration level with annual review.Teambuilding activities.Bold moves start here.
