ph3Overview /h3 pWorking together as part of the local Management Team, reporting to VP PC Spain, the Head of PC Function Local acts as an operational partner for local functional management including life cycle execution. /p pYou would work closely with local management, as well as other local global PC counterparts to ensure local PC processes in alignment with global PC guidelines. Your role would be to add value to the local functional success. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead a team of PC Business Partners PC Administrators in a large country /li liOversee the entire employee life cycle and talent management processes in a big country, and ensure alignment with overall business and global PC strategy /li liAct as a business partner and consultant to the local Management for all PC related topics, providing guidance and support on a range of overall PC issues, including Organizational Design and Development, Personnel Planning/Budget, Change Mgmt., Compensation Management, Talent management and Employee engagement /li liCooperate with global PC business partners in international contexts to accompany and implement organizational changes, as well as participate in strategic global PC projects /li liEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in the function and provide local expertise to business and PC counterparts /li liEnsure that all global PC strategies and policies are consistently implemented across their areas of responsibility /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree or Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Labour Relations or a related field preferred /li liMs Office: advanced /li liLeadership, Communication, Proactivity, Result-orientation, Planning and Organization skills /li liAt least 15 years of experience as HRBP in multinational companies (renewable energy companies would be an added value) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
