About the position
Within an international Animal Health group, Spain represents a multi-entity, multi-site organization entering a decisive phase of IT and digital transformation.
We are seeking a senior technology leader capable of driving this evolution while ensuring strong operational reliability and cybersecurity maturity. This role offers high visibility, executive exposure and direct impact on business performance.
Role
As Head of IT Spain, you will act as the country’s technology leader and strategic advisor to local management.
You will ensure full alignment with Group IT governance while owning the execution of Spain’s technology agenda.
Key priorities include
Leading the ERP (Sage 200) transformation and integration with WMS and digital order management platforms
Modernizing order-to-cash and operational systems
Elevating cybersecurity posture in line with Group roadmap
Strengthening IT governance, scalability and process harmonization across entities
Building and leading a high-performing local IT team
Profile
12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Strong track record delivering ERP and business system transformation
Experience operating in multi-entity, distributed environments
Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence
Fluent Spanish and professional English required
