As Head of International you will be instrumental in growing the On-demand vertical across Glovo markets. Your role will involve setting the commercial strategy, leading a high-performing team, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.If you are a dynamic leader who embodies a mix of operational excellence, negotiation and collaboration skills, and strategic, innovative thinking, this is for you.Be a Part Of a Team Where You WillOwn operations and projects in several countries where On Demand operates Develop and implement the long-term commercial & growth strategy to ensure market leadership within the On-demand vertical. Lead Top-to-Top negotiations with major stakeholders, securing favorable commercial terms and exclusive marketing commitments. Act as the \"Voice of the Market\" to On-demand Product and Tech teams, advocating for features that reduce partner friction and unlock new revenue streams. Full P&L topline accountability for the vertical’s commercial performance to ensure sustainable unit economics. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Finance teams to ensure best in class execution. Lead and inspire a team of 20+ talented professionals, driving them towards achieving excellence and exceeding commercial targets. Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and monitor the team’s performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. QualificationsYou Have4+ years of relevant experience managing high-performing teams of 5+ people in fast-paced environments such as startups, top consulting firms, or top tech companies. Proven experience in negotiating large-scale contracts and building lasting relationships with C-level executives. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and empathize with partners' business models, challenges, and objectives. A data-driven mentality, using analytics to make informed decisions and optimize performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Persuasive yet pleasant, with the ability to sell value-added solutions to partners. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and commercial mindset.
