They have a new opportunity for a Head of IT Infrastructure and Application Support to join them where you will ownership of the live infrastructure and application estate – keeping services, stable, secure and better.ResponsibilitiesLead the teams running live services across a hybrid environment.Own major incident response and drive operational discipline.Ensure new services are genuinely ready for BAU.Translate technical risk into business impact and build an operational function the business can rely on.Work at senior level to run, stabilise and improve enterprise IT services.QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar leadership role in IT infrastructure and application operations.Excellent leadership skills with experience managing technical teams in a complex, global environment and making clear decisions.Strong knowledge to work with the team across Microsoft, Virtualization, Automation, Databases and Collaboration platforms.Extensive ITIL knowledge, preferably with v4 QualificationsHow to applyIf you are interested to find out more please apply for the role with an up to date copy of your CV.
