Overview We are seeking an exceptionally strong Head of Housekeeping for a busy 85m private M/Y. This Med-based vessel operates on a 2/2 rotation. Start date: early March. Salary: €5,000. Contract: permanent. Must have up-to-date visas as required (Schengen if needed). Job Details Job Title: Head of Housekeeping Yacht: 85m M/Y Cruising Itinerary: Med Salary: €5,000 Contract: Permanent Start Date: Early March Required Visa(s): Valid Schengen visa, if required Leave/Rotation: 2/2 rotation Required Experience: 1 year's experience as HOH on a similar size vessel Up-to-date STCW, PDSD, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2 Responsibilities Minimum of 1 year\'s experience as Head of Housekeeping on a similar-sized vessel required Strong balance between hands-on team management on the floor and housekeeping administration and planning Be highly organised with administration and supplier management Excellent surface care knowledge and understanding of delicate maintenance Previous experience with Pinpoint Works and Sortly is essential Oversee contractors during upcoming works, while managing winter maintenance and administrative tasks Busy summer season ahead, requiring strong multitasking and leadership skills You will be rotating with one other strong and knowledgeable HOH Respectful crew environment with proven longevity Strictly no visible tattoos Qualifications 1 year\'s experience as HOH on a similar-sized vessel 2/2 rotation schedule Med-based vessel experience preferred Must have up-to-date STCW, PDSD, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2 Valid Schengen visa if needed How to Apply Does this sound like you?
