ph3Head of Financial Planning Business Control /h3 pHuhtamaki currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Financial Planning Business Control to join our Foodservice segment finance team. /p pAs the Head of Financial Planning Business Control, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Foodservice segment’s strategic and financial performance. Acting as a trusted business partner to leadership across finance, operations, and commercial teams, you will strengthen the global business control function and help shape the future direction of the segment. Reporting directly to the Segment VP Finance, you will lead a global team and serve as the primary point of contact for regional finance leaders and senior Group Finance stakeholders, including the Global CFO. /p h3Where You’ll Be /h3 pIdeally you will be based at our global HQ in Espoo, Finland. However, we will also consider candidates based at one of our Foodservice sites in Europe, these include: UK NI (Gosport, Blackburn or Belfast), Spain (Nules), Germany (Alf), Poland (Czeladz) or Netherlands (Leeuwarden). /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liLead the global business control organisation, including FPA, global sales controlling, and global operations controlling /li liStrengthen cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Operations, Strategy, and MA, positioning Finance as a proactive business partner /li liAct as the central liaison for market unit finance heads and senior Group Finance leaders /li liServe as deputy and strategic business partner to the Segment VP Finance /li liWork closely with Strategy and MA to ensure alignment with the Foodservice Packaging strategy and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities /li liAdvance global business intelligence capabilities and develop modern, analytics-driven reporting /li liIdentify and drive improvements in structures, processes, and ways of working /li liLead initiatives to optimise working capital, including inventory, receivables, payables, and capital projects, to maximise ROI and cash flow /li liOversee and monitor the CAPEX process /li liManage and deliver key finance development projects as required /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul li15+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally within manufacturing and global organisations /li liUniversity degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent /li liStrong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action /li liDeep understanding of international business dynamics and performance management /li liExcellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels /li liStructured, motivated, and comfortable working with modern business support tools /li liAnalytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing new concepts /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse finance and business stakeholders /li liExperience leading change and driving transformation /li liProven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams /li /ul h3What We Offer In Return /h3 ul liA key financial leadership role with high visibility and strategic impact. /li liThe opportunity to work with a global leader in sustainable packaging. /li liA collaborative, international environment with strong internal support. /li liA competitive salary and benefits package. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
