As Head of AI Factory, lead AXA Partners’ AI delivery center across France and Spain, steering the technical vision and building a high-performing team to scale AI and Intelligent Automation solutions. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align with business and IT priorities, and embed responsible AI and governance across initiatives. This leadership role combines strategy, people development, and deep technical execution to deliver measurable business value. You’ll be a key enabler of AXA Partners’ AI transformation, shaping how AI and automation create impact at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of AI Engineers, Tech Leads, and Automation Developers across 4–5 squads• Define and own the AI Factory's technical strategy, multi-year roadmap, and delivery standards• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives with quality, scalability, and business-alignment• Oversee integration of AI solutions within AXA Partners' IT landscape (cloud, APIs, data platforms)• Establish governance for AI projects, including regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management• Engage stakeholders, report progress and value to senior leadership, and promote responsible AI practices• Manage delivery portfolio, budgets, and long-term delivery resilience via insourcing• Recruit, coach, and develop internal capabilities to improve staffing ratios and capability maturity• Promote cross-functional collaboration to embed AI in business processes• Prepare for on-call duty when requiredResponsabilidades• 10+ years in technology delivery• 3–5 years in a senior engineering leadership role (Head of Engineering/Head of AI/Data)• Proven track record building and scaling delivery teams in AI/Data/Automation• Strong AI/ML background (ML, DL, Generative AI)• Expertise in Intelligent Automation (UiPath, xqbhyrx RPA)• Cloud architectures (Azure or AWS), APIs, AI integration patterns• Knowledge of RAG, conversational bots, AI Agents (Strong Plus)• Strong data governance, security, and regulatory compliance knowledge (GDPR, AI Act)• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and multi-stakeholder environments• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leaders• Experience managing mixed internal models and insourcing strategies• Languages: English fluent; Spanish/French a plusRequisitos principales• equal opportunities employer• tree planting for new recruits• global exposure opportunity
